I was born and raised in Arizona. I grew up in Chandler back when it was just a bunch of farmland. I went to Cornell University and graduated twice – I got my Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree and Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. I came back home and the rest is history.

I love gardening. I also love teaching and sharing my knowledge with others. I hope that this page will inspire you to start gardening and/or become a better gardener.
